Torque Wrench Calibration System – High Accuracy + Repeatability and Convenient Reading
RAD offers two trusted calibration solutions:
1) Transducer-based systems
2) Smart Socket™ connected systems
RAD Calibration Systems are classified to BS7882:2017 as Class 1 or better for the primary range (+/- 0.5% of reading from 20% to 100% of full scale). Each system comes fully calibrated and traceable to ISO 17025 standard ensuring the highest measurement of quality.
- Ranges up to 75 – 15,000 ft. lbs. (100 – 20,000 Nm)
- Backward compatible and will suit previous generation RAD calibration benches
Small Calibration System
The RAD small calibration system uses a transducer and comes in three different sizes (1500/3500/7500). This system includes a calibration stand, static transducer, and a windows based tablet with RAD Calibration Software.
Large Calibration System
The RAD large calibration system has the power to calibrate tools up to 15K ft. lbs/20K Nm. The Large Calibration Stand is paired with RAD’s Smart Sockets (12K and 18K*) to calibrate in two different ranges.
